I have an autopage rs 1000, my parents have had the car for a couple months now, and they said the 2-way remote no longer operates the alarm. I am trying to reprogram it, but I can't find the manual, and the online manual does not cover transmitter reprogramming. can somone help me reprogram please, thank you.

*UPDATE* the remote won't respond to being re-programmed into the alarm, can the transmitter remote XT-100 be fixed
