had a customer come in with a 2003 lexus RX300 and the efi relay under the hood clicks or chatters whenever the key is not in the ignition. we replaced the relay and have the same issue. the customer thinks it is related to the remote starter install, but after doing an internet search found out that many toyota / lexus vehicles have this problem. no one has posted a solution to the problem though. has anyone heard of this or have a solution for it? thanks.

Not sure if this is the case in that vehicle but I have seen problems like that occur when a second ignition is not hooked up or not done right
