ok I'am installing a prestige rs with a jdl-pk in an 2002 grand cherokee I have most of the wiring done I'am down to the pulse wires and the lock and unlock wires on the jdl-pk and I'am not sure where they go .

pulse wires are as follows

pulsed grd output before start

pulsed grd output after start

pulsed grd output after shutdown

grd output during start

and on the jdl-pk

lock input

unlock all doors input

unlock drivers door only input

if anyone can help me out on this that would be great

I dont think you are going to be using the pulse wires but to make sure...Exactly what system are you putting in...?The wires on the bypass for lock/unlock are INPUT wires.Take lock/unlock from R/S to the lock/unlock wires on bypass...Dont need to worry about driver unlock only...unless you want to add that feature...
