Hai...

I just install Directed 508D to my car security system. Everything works Okay. If someone stand near my car it will alert by saying...protect to security system,stand back....because I connect it to voice module.

The problem I facing, it only works when all my windowroll down. If all my window roll up...it cannot detect if anyone stand near my car. Ist because of my window tinted film? It block thw microwave from penetrate thru it?

If this is the problem, how to solve it? I dont think to tear off my window tinted film is a good idea...Any other suggestion or i need to buy other brand microwave sensors?

Try increasing the exterior zone sensitivity. Also what vehicle and where mounted?

Mine nisaan versa...mounted at the glove box...near parking brake....already put maximum for the sensitivity...still cannot detect...anyone can help?

also adjust the inner zone to max as well. it may help.
