I just got done installing my alarm and I just connected my iDatalink ADS-DL(16) Bypass kit flashed with the GM1 firmware. I have an 08 pontiac Grand Prix. The light just keeps flashing red, even If I try a factory reset it just keeps flashing red.

I'm pretty sure flashing red means it has no firmware installed. I'd try flashing it again.

I was reading in the manual and it says incorrectly programmed or hooked up, but I am using the serial wire to connect the datalink module to my Autopage RS-900. I can't reflash the module because I bought it preflashed from a shop owner in SC.

...If you do we can help...It does sound like a flash problem...there should be other shops that can do this for you...or...Purchase the loader if you think more remote starts are in your future.

Sweeeeeeet...Good to hear...Congrats on the install. Keep in mind that very nice local shop that flashed it for free(hard to find these days although very simple) And support him whenever you can...Referrals...Even just to buy your product from...!
