i did a remote start alarm using the pldata and the gmdl-1 on this vehicl enow all is good but here is the problem.you arm the alarm the doors lock the factory security arms,now you wait a few minutes and try remote sarting the car and the gmdl1 is not disarming factory so it goes off!!!!i have the brown coonected to the status out of the alarm it worked fine at first and now 1 month later it gives this problem.So i did a little rig to solve this problem i used the negative 3 ignition wire from the remote starter and diode connected to the brown wire now it gives one quick honk and disarms it works ok ,,will this be ok ??? The reason i did not use the factory disarm wire was the harness was not on the unit it was lost .

all i can tel you, is the factory alarm disarm wire is located in the Drivers Door module and is light green.
