i installed a viper 5701 alarm/start/keyless in a 2005 scion tc automatic. worked fine for a while and now everytime you unlock the car with the remote , it will unlock the doors and then beep 8 times with an error. anyone have any ideas as to why?

there seems to be alot of problems with those systems from dei, i've been on the recieving end of a couple, there are alot of threads about them around on this site, try the search at the bottom of this page,
