2 years ago I installed a viper remote start in a 2003 vibe. I have never installed a remote start before this, so I could not find a tach wire. I just set it to crank for "x" amount of time. This worked fine until today. The car fires up, but shuts down after a few seconds, and I have no idea why.It starts and runs fine with the key. (I soldered all the connections, so nothing should be loose). Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Did the vehicles battery go dead...Sometimes it goes back to default settings...Try to put back in tachless mode...What Viper R/S is it...? What bypass did you use...?

TachometerRED / BLUE(AC)@ THE IGNITION COIL

YOU CAN ALSO USE A YEL/GRN, GRY AND A WHT. THE COILS ARE LOCATED ON THE SIDE OF THE ENGINE YOU CAN ALSO USE A FUEL INJECTOR. USE THE OPPOSITE OF THE BLK/WHT YOU CAN ALSO USE A BLACK PIN 5 AT THE PCM CONNECTOR 4posted_image
