anyone has idea if we can adjust the volume of the alert tone on 2-way remote control?

i dropped it today and after wards, the alert tone became softer...

No, you cannot adjust the volume of the sounder. 

I would open the remote and see if something became dislodged.  I've seen posts of this happening to people.  

DEI will replace your remote  free of charge,  THRU YOUR DEALER.
