I am trying to hook up an alarm on a 2006 mercury mountainer to a K9 Mundial SS and am having problems getting the doors to lock and unlock it is not working Im assuming I need relays and tryed a few different ways and have still not gotten them to work. Any help is appreciated.

Power unlock is PURPLE / gray ( - ) in the DKP.

Power lock is gray / YELLOW ( - ) in the DKP. You can also get them both from the SJB (smart junction box) connection B. unlock is pin 26 lock is pin 27.

Which wires are you tapping into?

Those are what im using it will un-lock fine but dosent lock we tested the wires and its deffently them but can't get it to work?

did you test the lock output of your system ? make sure thats putting out a ground pulse when you hit the button
