My car is a BMW E36 1995.

Is this alarm any good?

Will this alarm auto close the windows when the car is armed and will I have to buy or fit any extra modules etc for it to work?

Where can I find or download the wiring layout for the main brain?

Is there anywhere that I can download the manual?

Thanks

This is getting stupid I'm the only person here who even knows what a Cobra is and It's inadequate for a 3 series.

At least that counts the Cobra out of the equation.

I did look at the Viper alarms. But I read that a lot of people are having problems with there remote intermittently not working with the 480VX.
Don't know if all models are effected in the same way?

The other thing that put me off the Viper alarms, was in the manual it says that a lot of the programming has to be done/set by the dealer.
I would like to be able to set them myself in the future if possible. Is this what the Bit-writer is used for?
