hey, does anyone have a link for the diagram on how to wire the relays for remote start. ive tried to look it up but all it gives me is that i need a negative 2nd starter (violet/brown) through a 180 ohm resistor but im almost positive there was more to it than that the last time i did one of these.

thanks, Daniel

Use a bypas module. It's waaaaay easier.

Installogy says ground through 600 ohm resistor for accessory and ground through 180 ohm resistor for starter. If you are using this method be sure to cut the mux wire to isolate the bcm side. If you dont you can get additional resistance from the key cylinder itself!

well thanks, but its too late. i already did the install and it starts( tested with the key, no bypass yet) but the check engine light is on now so i will go back and do it right now that i know the acc resistor value. ive done one of these before a few years back and i knew there was more than just the 2nd starter.
