I put a new battery into transmitter of viper 5900 and lights stopped flashing when arming and disarming, any ideas? couldn’t get any inf. from owner’s guide or I missed something

I would check the fuse in the white wire coming from the brain. Most likely just a conincidence that you noticed it when you changed batteries.
