Need help installed a viper 771 in a 2002 jeep liberty remote start works great alarm works great only problem is when the remote start is activated i can not unlock the doors with the remote if i shut the remote start off then i can lock and unlock the doors with the remote.

Are you trying to unlock using the Factory Keyfob?

Never had that problem...I would have some issues w/ the door locks not working when you have + and - off of alarm and resistance based door locks...Would have to either use relays, or put diodes in-line on the lock/unlock wires from alarm. Did you have to add a relay to trigger the a/c during remote start...? Can you hear the brain "click" when you are pressing lock/unlock
