For my Accord euro 2009 (same Acura TSX 2009) I bought a compustar CM5000 alarm and remote start, aso the Fortin duo can bypass, This seems to work, but for daily use I want to use my OEM remote controls. THat's why I bought the Xpresskit Canmax 400, and tried to connect it with the CM5000 brain.  No lights (so no power) on the Canmax400, the wires of the D2D cable of compustar and DEI seems to be different!!

I changed the wires, got power now. Black compustar to black Canmax (ground), Red compustar to Blue Canmax (12V) and got 2 data cable left, the white and red one Canmax, and White and blue compustar. Canmax module is flashed for TSX, and after power up programmed. But no input on the brain of the CM5000. Changed and tried different wire combinations, still no working CM 5000

Anybody any tips??? Is it possible, to use OEM remotes for disarm/arm a compustar brain???

Yes it is possible when using a BLADE module or an ADS-AL CA in TW communication with the Compustar.

You can also remote start the car from the OEM remotes.
