I bid on 4 used 471 remotes from a viper alarm and it also came with a 529 T window roll up module. First, what is the window module used for? Can it be used on most remote starters?

Also, will these remotes work for my python 450 esp? At directed it lists the 471T I think as a replacement but someone posted on here that the letter at the end just designates the alarm it goes in and I was under the impression any 471 would work. (It does have the green light). It is only a 2 button remote though. I think the 471 T says you press the unlock and lock buttons to start it.

Thanks for any help.

529t works either off a negative armed output or a timed aux output to just close the wiindows. The vehicle has to have standard window lifts, not comfort or total close, i'e' not BMW, VW/Audi, Mercedes etc.

Can you tell me if those remotes will work for what I want?
