I bought a Hornet 740T (no rem. st.) right before we (Ccity) closed and I am putting it in my wife's 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee Lerado. I am pretty sure that I need a door lock interface but i am not sure which one. I think I have a 556uw lying around. Will that work or is there a better option? As i recall the 556uw is for and older Cherokee. If anyone could steer me in the right direction on whan interface I need, that would be awesome.

Thank,

Denver

If you want to stick to DEI-related products...

The 556uw is a DEI product, but only meant to bypass the factory immobilizer. It will not control doorlocks.

There are multiple modules that will work, but since you are not doing a remote start, I would use a 456LW.
