i posted a write up over at a popular jeep forum, pm me for the link 
basically the door panels are a b**ch but otherwise its fairly simple to get it working well, the latch mechanism has provisions for a rod style actuator to be added quite easily. Only draw back is the door panels being rediculous to remove, and having your screw heads showing after install. Just use some nice shiny stainless ones and the custy should be ok with it.
