Need help finding wire that gives negative or positive output when lock button is pressed on factory remote. Add-on(mars 10) is installed and working if i manually give 4 ground impulses, only thing left is finding wire to hook up. Wire that triggers door lock wont work because its dead when remote button is pressed.Any suggestion is appreciated.
Thank You.

If the car is running, does the keyless entry still operate the door locks?  If it does not, once you remote start the car, you will not be able to kill it with the remote.

No remote does not work after car is running, I`m aware of that and its OK. Key will have to be used to enter vehicle and shut it down if needed.

What color wire and what location did you try to use?   Audiovox has the following info for your vehicle.

You want to use the wire listed as "lock motor" on most tech sheets. This wire will shows +12v when locking with the remote or switch on the door. According to the link below it is BROWN or ORANGE depending on the model of Corolla you have. You can find the wire in the drivers kick panel. You may need to use a relay to switch the polarity if your unit requires a (-) signal.

Come to think of it you will need relay driven lock outputs from your unit, you have to open the lock wire. Also and I'm asking not telling, isn't there a key-sense wire one could use?

Listen to what Jworm has posted, it's the correct way to do this. The wire is in the harness coming in from the drivers door...
