i am trying to put on a  dei remote start on a 1996 dodge ram. i have the starter on and works, i am trying to wire in the power locks and cant get them to work. every thing i find says its a type C locks. i have it wired now, but  when i leave the plug unpluged just the passanges side works fine with remote. light blue plug in drivers kick. when i plug it in and try it it blows fuses. any help would be great. thanks

schematics, How do you have it wired? Does the unit have on board relays or are you using off board relays?

i am trying to use off board relays. i have tried type A, type C, and the posted_image Actuators / Reverse Polarity and every time i work the locks by remote it blows a fuse. but when i have the light blue plug unpluged the passanger side works but when i plug it in it blows fuse

don't bother with the on board relays! i was just asking! also, how do you have your relays setup !

then i done one like this.  but i did not cut the wires  from the lock to motor just tied them in, and got the same result.
