Hey all, I have a customer that really wants driver's door priority unlocking on his 92 Econoline. It has 5 wire reversing polarity door locks, but I am unsure how to isolate a door. (+) or (-) locks, no problem, but for 5 wire I am thrown off since both doors stop working if you interrupt one of the wires.
Never came across this before, what's the easiest way?

You would 5-wire the unlock leg of the driver door motor using the first unlock pulse. The second unlock pulse would be used to 5-wire the switch wires as usual.

Wire the all door unlock pulse like you would for any 5 wire system. The driver side priority unlock should be wired with an additional relay as follows:
87 = +12V constant
87a = switch side of driver's unlock wire
30 = actuator side of driver's unlock wire
85 = (-) priority unlock trigger
86 = +12V constant
