I fitted my alarm and all was working well except for the 1st worn away stage on the built-in anti-shock was not working. Full impact was. I didn't mind this, rather than take it out and send it back.

Now I have a new problem.

The blue LED stopped working and when I open the doors with the key to set the alarm off the alarm doesn't work any more. I have also tried the alarm by opening the bonnet press the switch down arm the car and then release the switch. Still no alarm.
The remote locks through the alarm still work fine.

Anyone know what the problem could be please?

Or who to get in touch with in the UK to get it repaired under guarantee?

Thanks

Could it be in valet mode? The led shuts off some time after the alarm has been in this mode for an extended period!

Hi t&t tech
Spot on with the alarm being in valet mode. The switch is hidden up behind a panel. Not sure how it got knocked when ignition was on, but it must have been some how and switched it to valet mode.

Thanks for your help.
