I have a Clifford Arrow II alarm system and i'm installing it into a '97 Honda CR-V. I did the search on this site for the wiring diagram, but it seems that the ones for the door trigger and trunk trigger is incorrect. In order for the trigger to see any output, I have to leave the Doom light on the door position. If the Doom light is set to off....there's no signal at all for the wire I taped into.
Here's the color code from this site: But it appears to be wrong....
Light Green / Red ------> Door Trigger
Blue / Black -------------> Trunk Pin
Can someone tell me if this is right.....if not what are the correct wires to tap into and where can i find the wire? And if these are are the correct wires...what I'm I doing wrong? Do I need to do some special setup with relays or somthing?
Thanks
Both wires are correct. The dome light has to be in the ON position and the trunk release you have requires a (+) pulse from the alarm to activate the hatch release.

ok,ok,ok loock door trigger and hacht release have nothing to do in this case ,but how ever trunk telease is a yellow wire at the swich
door trigger is GREEN/ red left kik panel,or loock in a light blu connector above fuse box
trunk: blue/black silver stripes, left kik panel look in the harness that goes to the back of the car
all this wires dont need the swch in order to work they do the job regardless
then your alarm got to have two negative triggers,if don't use diodes to insulate
Hey Zezzar, my notes have told me the same thing about the hatch release being YELLOW but when you look at the factory keyless entry unit, it's a BLUE/BLACK. This was on a 1997 CR-V canadian version.

Oh thanks guys.....the wire codes were correct. For some strange reason, when I tested it at that time...it didn't work, but after about a day and lots of patient....it's all good now.
