can you tell me why my seat belt light stays on, blinks and the door locks arm when i'm braking? why the theft light stays on all the time?... car starts and runs fine.. when braking and accelerating the locks pulse with the flash of the seat belt light... i don't know why?

everything was working fine before the battery died... local install wants $60 for a 555l and $40 to reprogram it... is that what i need?
