can python 990 aux channel 2 be latched?

Tried searching, but no such luck. Real easy, can the ch.2 Aux (RED / white) be programmed to latched via a bitwriter? I tried doing it by button and it is not an option but I know there are some things a bitwriter can do that the manual programming cannot.

If it's in the menu in the install manual but you are unable to access it via the valet button, then you would need a bitwriter to do it!

i no longer have the guide, and i cannot find it on directed's site. I figured some1 on here might know off the top of their head.
