Depends on your alarm or R/S tell us what it is and we might be able to help. The lock and unlock triggers are positive. There's no such thing as a "3 wire" system.

3 Wire Positive
There are three wires in the harness not counting the illumination wire(s), if any. One wire has constant (+) 12 V DC at all times. Another wire only shows (+) 12 V DC during lock and ground at rest. The last wire only shows (+) 12 V DC during unlock and ground at rest. ( diagram )

this was on www.the12volt.com and matches what is at my drivers door lock switch

If the alarm has built in door lock relays, then yes it may be possible without the relays in the diagram.  I have no info on that particular alarm.  Do you have a link to the manual for the alarm?

That would have flip flop outputs! You can try it straight from the alarm! it won't hurt anything! if it doesn't work then relays would be in order! Have you ensured they are indeed positive trigger wires and not actuator motor wires?

If it says 200 ma on the spec for that wire.  YOU MUST use a relay.

i was wrong it does not say 200ma,it says in the manual that three wire + pulse does not need relays.and the wires from alarm ,blue is -unlock +lock green is -lock +unlock.

You theoretically could use blue for your lock wire and green for the unlock, but I would use a DEI 450 module it plugs into your Python instead of your lock wires and would eliminate any problems, needing diodes etc. Take it's purple power wire to the constant 12volts you measured.
