Im trying to hook up my remote start with the rear defogger. Well the wire for the rear defogger send out 200mA (-) which mean it will ground when active. So does that mean i put that to the realy coil number 85 and voltage to 86? so when 85 does get triggered it will power the coil??

Yes that is how you would connect the coil of the relay to the alarm unit. What to do with the switching contacts will be a bit more difficult, especially not knowing anything about the vehicle. Do you know if the vehicle needs a pulse to engage the defroster? Do you know if it needs a latched output? Do you know if it needs a positive or negative voltage to operate?

I was only joking about putting the meter up, you need to test the wire before connecting the relay.

They should be coming through the door jamb...The rubber boot in the inside of the door...See if you can see the wires...Might have to remove some loom/tape...
