i have bought a matrix rs2 alarm and noticed that my primary 12 pin H1 harness doesn't have the yellow wire for (+) ignition pin# 9. when my alarm is triggered, it doesn't reset the LED when i start the ignition. i have not hooked up the auto start feature since my car is a standard. how would i be able to have the LED reset? do i need to install the remote start? thanks...

The ignition input for the alarm is located in the 5 pin harness going to the remote start relay pack. It's the pink wire. I just did a RS3 in a friends Vette, also a manual, and had to cut the 5 pin harness away from the relay pack, and run the pink to the ignition.
