I had a remote start added on to my factory alarm it is a valet 551t and my car is a nissan 2003 350z. my ? is when I touch the power door lock button in the car twice the car will start up.I dont know if this is normal?? to me I think they wired it wrong but am not sure.As far as every thing else goes its fine.

The unit can gbe programmed to have 1, 2 or 3 pulses from the lock button. All you require to do is change the programming to 3 pulses if you wish. Go here : https://www.directed.com/guides/manuals/ig/valet/N551T.pdf and look at page 25 & 26 for instructions on how you can change this yourself. Post your results or any further questions.
