2008 Toyota Tacoma. Several people have said I would need to use diodes when using the viper 5901 on door lock wires, the dome light wires (some even say a relay here) and on the keysense wire(goes to the module and the Fortin bypass). Other tell of their install and do not mention using any diodes, just a relay for the 2nd start. Anybody know the correct way?

OTE *1 this vehicle uses (2) STARTER/CRANK wires, when connecting to a Remote Starter you must connect BOTH STARTER/CRANK wires to the STARTER/CRANK wire from the Remote Starter.
NOTE *2 the BECU (Body Electronic Control Unit) is attached to the back of the FUSE BOX, with a single 26-Pin Plug.
NOTE *3 when testing the DOOR LOCK and UNLOCK wires, you must TEST these wires when turning the kEY in the DRIVERS DOOR KEY CYLINDER ONLY.
NOTE *4 the DRIVERS DOOR is a GREEN/ YELLOW (-) in the 18-pin plug, pin 7, the PASSENGER DOOR is a RED / BLACK (-) in a 22-pin plug, pin 8, the REAR DOORS are a PINK/BLACK (-) in an 18-pin plug pin 6, when connecting to an ALARM SYSTEM, use all (3) DOOR TRIGGER wires and DIODE ISOLATE, to connect, See DIAGRAM
NOTE *5 the DATA LINK CONNECTOR is located under the DRIVERS SIDE of the DASH.
NOTE *6 THE KEYSENSE WIRE WILL DISARM THE VEHICLE WITHOUT UNLOCKING THE DOORS BY APPLYING A (-)NEGATIVE TO THIS WIRE DURING REMOTE STARTING.
NOTE *7 the TRANSPONDER ANTI-THEFT System is standard on all V-6 models.
