I figured that this couldnt be that hard for a master electrician so I decided to do it my self. Got lots of info here that was very helpful but as I went step by step and soldered my main connections I got to a few wires that I have no clue where to hook them cant find anything in the book or internet even mentioning these wires. It is a valet 561r going on a 2002 sunfire. factory alarm disarm? factory rearm? ignition out (to alarm)? - activation input? - wait to start input? +activation input?channel 2 (validity only)? (+/-) light flash? status output? accesory trigger? starter trigger? ignition trigger? nuetral safety switch? and rear defogger? Any help will be greatly appreciated being no shop will now put it in being half way done and all. I have learned if I ever get this one going leave it to pros I will stick with houses. THANKS

Congratulations!!! You just learned what those of us who do this for a living have known for a long time. Electricians are some of the worst mobile electronics installers on the face of the planet. Not trying to degrade you, but it is kind of similar to a veterinarian trying to perform open heart surgery.
Anyways, first thing of note. Do you have the Bypass for your vehicle? You'll need that before you get too far into this project. In the meantime. Also, do you have the manual for the 561r?

According to the diagram on this site, you won't need the factory alarm arm and disarm wires, unless you have an alarm you won't be using the ignition out either, you won't be using half of the wires you have listed, the only wire from the list you have to use would be the parking light flash,

| < color=#006699>Immobilizer By Pass : Non keyless cars, locks are 5wi (type C) and they are mastered from the passenger side switch. Keyless cars, locks are positive trigger (type A). Also found at BCM. This vehicle has the passlock II immobilizer system that, when adding a remote start, must be interfaced with. Use DEI part 555t or 555L.

From looking at the tech docs for your alarm and car, here's what I see:
factory alarm disarm? not used
factory rearm? not used
ignition out (to alarm)? not used
- activation input? not used
- wait to start input? not used
+activation input? not used
channel 2 (validity only)? not used
(+/-) light flash? Ensure that the jumper on the 561r is set to + polarity on light flash then connect to the brown wire in the harness to the rear located in the driver kick panel. Ensure that the wire you connect to show 0V DC with parking lights off and 12V+ DC with parking light on
status output? Not used
accesory trigger? If you connected the large guage Pink and White wire (Second Ignition) to the ignition harness at second accessory, you won't need this
starter trigger? not used
ignition trigger? not used
nuetral safety switch? there should have been a toggle switch that came with your 561r. Connect one lead to this wire, and the other lead to ground. This will enable you or your mechanic to disable the romote start when working under the hood.
rear defogger? Not used
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Thanks for the info. I will try this and see what I got. Atleast I dont feel to bad because most of them dont gotta be used. What should the heavy gauge pink and white wire have been hooked to all the wires coming off the ignition were used without hooking that one up. THANKS

They are positive trigger, have you tested both wires at the driver kick panel?

well, there is your answer, you have to test again, the wires must pulse twelve with the moving of the rocker switch, they should be light gauge wires so you can differentiate between the trigger and motor wires!
