To get the key cylinder to turn after remote starting, is there a wire/wires that need +/- to them to make the cylinder turn? After remote starting, and the Intellikey is in my hand, the cylinder won't turn....

You need to hook up the IGNITION wire from the remote starter ( with a diode ) to the key sense wire at the cylinder ( RED / BLUE or RED / WHITE )
