Installed a python 1400xp today and here is what i have for issues, hoping maybe someone can help.

When using the r/s the radio reads "LOC"

Headlights don't come on automatically like they did prior to the install.

If I start the car with the key everything works like normal. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it. Thanks.

That sounds unusual - the only thing I can think of would be if you weren't powering both the orange and the brown accessory wires with the remote starter? Make sure to power both as Accessory and not Ignition also.

From where have you taken your main power and grounds for the 1400XP?
