Cannot get idata ADSL-TBSL-KO to program.  The light on the module flickers between green and red

If the vehicle is a push to start it's an 80 bit encryption.

The new (DL) TL1 solution does 80 bit but your vehicle is not listed yet in the coverage.

You should expect a new release soon.

Best regards!

Has it been flashed correctly? Idata doesn't show the FJ as being supported with this software for 2010 yet so it may not work at all. I have done 2010 FJ's using the old style wiring where you cut the TCXT wire but has to be a unit that has never been flashed to work....

FYI, no FJ's are push to start...

Hey there, i originally did it the new way (no cutting) and the old way,  wont program either way.  I the boxes for the module there is a production date, any idea when the change over took place?

Civic, if the LED is flashing GREEN/ Red, it's the new way of install (no txct cut)

If the module goes over the RED / Green flashes, stops, goes red and turn off, the vehicle encryption is not recognized.

If the vehicle is equipped with a regular key, try learning the module with a different key.

BTW iDatalink products have absolutely no limit on the amount of times you program or flash them. The iData products are based on open hardware technology which permits you to do whatever you want as many time you want and it's always the same price.

Hey there, thanks for the replies.  So just to make sure i am reading you right.  Since the module is flashing GREEN/ red, it is programmed for the new wire up style?  I have tried every key to program.  So my only options are to find an older module with the older flash or wait for idata to update there site?

That vehicle is not supported on the iDalink website, where did you purchase the module and where ever you bought it from had flashed it for the 2009 FJ Cruiser with V2.0
