Hello i've been putting alarms in for a little while and starters also. Have'nt had this problem before though.

Installed a Ultra Start 2250 TL , alarm/starter everything works- alarm, starts fine etc., but when the car is armed 20 mintues later it goes off, every time i have to press lock then the start button to bypass the senors so it don't go off, and at 20 mintues it chirps two times but does'nt go off.

Any help? think it might have something to do with the radio because this radios stay on until you open the door!!!!! so when i arm it i think it is senceing someone is opeing the door...

Did you diode isolate the doors or did you tag a domelight wire? If the alarm has a voltage sensing option then this could also cause this, the bcm shuts down after 20 minutes and the voltage changes setting off the alarm.

Two things, there are two door triggers and they are negative, and they must be isolated with diodes. They are grn/blk(drivers door) & lt. blue(passenger doors) and will be at the pin switches. Switch your door triggers and your problem should be solved.

the trigger are negative and can be found at the kick pannel of each side read isolation section and diode isolate wires,. and like auex said your problem should be gone.
