Well maybe look for one that does door locks  and bypass...Those are single wire door locks...So kinda killing 2 birds with 1 stone...We use flash-it.com...But  really any will work fine...556U...tons of them...!

I prefer the Idatalink products.  Their ADS TBSL PL bypass works for that application.  If you use the Multi series, ADS TB with GM firmware is good.  Easy to program and the guides are clear & accurate.  They have the best Tech Support, very responsive.

I'd probably use the PKG3, or the GMBP. Hardwired bypasses are always more reliable IMO.

Also, the '03 Grand Prix doesn't have one wire doorlocks - they're ordinary (-) trigger.

I've always just used a blank aftermarket key in a universal bypass box on those cars. Cheap and reliable.
