I know on some units when you are re-programming remotes...It gives you an option to clear/erase all originally programmed fobs...See if i can find out for ya...Is the customer plan on purchasing a new remote...?

Thanks for the reply.I was installing a new clifford and the customer didn't want the factory keyless entry to work because he lost 1 of the remotes in front of his house.......I found the keyless entry module behind the driver side rear panel and cut the red power wire for it.I found out if you disconnect the keyless entry system completely, the driver door unlock won't work.Hope this helps someone else out.
