Ok, I am going to end up looking like an idiot I am sure, but I have been having issues trying to install my Remote Start Security system with Keyless Entry. All the problems come down to the security module. I have a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder, and everything that I have needed to connect to a wire in the SEC module does not work properly. I will find the wire that it says to connect to, and test it, but it does not end up working as it is supposed to. I do not know if I am looking in the wrong area, or what. To me "located to the left of the steering column under the dash" is a little vague, as there are a million different connections and wires to the left of the steering column under the dash! The remote start works just fine...it's the alarm/keyless entry/parking lights that I cannot get to work. Any help, even just pinpointing the SEC module location, would be very much appreciated! I tried looking online for a better idea and if I am going to get an answer I think it will be here! Thank you!

I recently did a 2003 and the yellow and light green wires for lock unlock actually tested while turning the key in the key cylinder at the rear hatch. A single pulse disarms and a double pulse unlocks all doors. This picture is for the 2001 Pathfinder, It says BCM but its actually the SECU.

i mean to the Marksman x7 itself. an install guide, wiring diagram.
