any body out there know what computer program or scanner i can use to program some g.m remote controls, i have some costumers that have factory remotes, but i keeep sending them to the dealership, i want to make the bucks, but i dont know what i need to program those remotes, anybody out there, thanks in advance.

some you need tech II some you dont you can program some just by crazy steps with door lock switch&igniton, i use programyourremote.com for assistance

hey thanks for your help, yeah i use some of this free web sites, but what is this tech 11, is this a computer program or somthing and where can i buy it, i found a web site from china that sells all sorts of stuff to program keys,chips, man this is all the stuff that a locksmith uses but like anything that from china i dont want to deal i dont know if its a chino scam!

It's a Tech II (Roman numerals). GM's dealership scan tool. The cheapest one I'm seeing on eBay right now is $2895.
