I was just wondering what size fuse should I use when hard wiring an Idatalink module?

Hmm, we use Avox product and it has inline fuses. I simply tap into the Avox before the fuses so they cover the Idata unit too. If yours doesn't, a 5amp would easily do it.

Idatalink doesn't have one on it's power wire. I always attach it to the alarm brains power wire and have it protected by the alarms fuse.
