Whenever the battery dies on a vehicle with an ultra on it, the unit will default into valet mode. When you hit the remote start button, the lights will flash 3 times slowly. Locks will still work but no confirmation chirps and leds on antenna will stay on solid with key off. enter program mode (key on off on off on hit and release antenna button hear chirp) then hit and hold antenna button until chirps 2 quick. then should work
