I installed a remote start system into a 2007 Subaru B9 Tribeca.   The starter is Autostart and is a standalone starter without any security add-ons.   Factory key for the bypass.   Everything is working fine for two day, then the customer calls me that they encounter some technical issue. When the car is started with the remote start system it will both start and run fine. But, the “Traction Control” light comes on instantly. Then the “Check Engine” light comes on and stays on. In addition, the Cruise Control light comes on and is flashing.

It seem the car only sends an error code when the remote start is used. Anyone got a solution? What can be done to resolve this problem so it won’t code out every time the starter is used? I am getting the car back in a few days. I’ll power up the keysense to see if that resolves the issue. For now, any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! By the way, anyone know how to reset the check engine light for this car?

Yes, both wire, and tested.
