Im having a customer tomorrow for a Alarm/Remote start on his 2009 Ford F-150. First time doing headed seats to work with remote start. The remote start is a python 5702P. What is the process of finding or wiring the headed seats to work with the remote start, so it would function when the remote start (starts). Thanks in advance Cesar..

If you have the heated seats turned on, then turn the key off and then back on, are the seats on or off?

The seats stay off i have to turn it on again After everytime i start the truck.

Do you have a volt meter? Can you get to the wires at the back of the switch?

Yes i have a volt meter.Will the wire in back of the ac/heater control work? Since the heated seats button is atached to the control. Iknow i have to use a switch so he can switch it off in the summer. Im also going to use a relay and the (-)GWR wire from remote start.. How can i test the wire? Could it be a + ,or -.

The wire could be a positive or a ground. i have no idea, I would feel safer using the switch itself. If you use the wire on the back of the switch, we can just mock what the switch does, and not have to worry about taking out an espensive contol module. If you get it at the AC control unit, there is a chance we could burn up a module. To find the wire, attach your black meter lead to a known good ground, place the meter on the DC volts selection. Red lead on a wire on back of the switch. Press the switch and look for a change in voltage on the meter. Repeat for each wire. You are looking for voltage only when you are pressing the switch. If you find a wire that changes when you press the switch, yet it remains hot after releasing the switch, that is probably the Indicator light to tell you the switch is on. Check every wire on back of the switch. If no luck you will need to attach the red meter lead to a known good 12 volt source; Then place the black lead on one of the wires. Press the switch, and look for a different reading only while pushing the switch. Repeat for the rest of the wires. Let me know what you find out.

If you have JUST heated seats not climate controled then the switches are data run from the Front control interface module to the hvac module datc. Then from there it looks like there may be 2 wires you might be able to use one is WHITE/ blue which is the drivers heated seat request and the other is gray / YELLOW and that is the passenger seat request wire. Using just those 2 wires im not sure how it will operate.
There is also a yellow/gray that is drivers heated seat low status
A purlpe/brown the is the drivers heated seat high status
A Gray that is the pass heated seat low status
A green that is the pass heated seat high status
All the wires listed go between the HVAC Module behind the center of the dash to the heated seat module under the passengers side seat

Were is the HVAC module DATC located? Can the wire be located unter the seats.

I pry open the center consol and there's only 4 wire that send signal to the control module. Theres a clicking sound when pressing the driver and passenger heated seats under the passenger seat only.

Theres a module under the seat with 3 plugs. Ive unplug one of them and the heated seats did not work so i figure the signal should be coming out of that plug theres 2 wires one for the let seat and one for the right. They both give me 12V when pressing on the heated seat switch. So i try making a jumper with a 10amp fuse inline just incase. One end to the wire of the module and the other one to 12v source. I get nothing. will not turn on. Let or right. Then i found another 2 wires that read 7.56 when pressing the switch but then it jumps to 5.126 in my meter. All this is under the seat.
