Afternoon....I have been looking for install manual for APS-996A every where and cant find it..i have only been able to find manual for APS-996C ...If any one knows of where to get one or know the difference between the 2 models it would be greatly appreciated.

I looked here eariler, could not find it.  But thanks to Tommy, it is now available here.

C is (or was!) for Circuit City.

Only difference was that it used the same wiring colors as DEI (Viper, et cetera) products, probably because that's what Circuit City installers were used to when they brought in Audiovox.

All the connectors and everything else should plug right in, just with different colors.

Tommy- I looked all over audiovox website and couldn't even find the product on there.
I am an idiot- that was the first place I looked and was surprised it wasn't there .. Only the manual for the 996c is there.
Chris- thanks for the clearification on the 2.
