so couple of questions:

The neutral safety. I have it hooked to the white with red stripe wire on the ignition harness, and the toggle set to ON, is that ok?

The STARTER side of the red wire which is supposed to be the starter wire has the purple satellite wite on it, and the side that looks like it goes straight into the ingition harness has the green wire.

ground the neutral safety and see if that fixes it. If you are attempting to RS and NOTHING happens either you did not program something correctly or there is an inhibit that is tripped.

Yep, if it is an automatic trans then the neutral safety just needs to be grounded.
