I have a Clifford 50.7x in my 2004 Dodge Ram. I am getting some pretty crazy temperature readings on the remote when autostart is active. Is the temp sensor on the brain itself or the antenna/valet switch? Do I have a setting goofed up that is causing this. I checked and it is already set to F.

thanks for your help,

Mike

hey Mike, what readings are you getting? is it too hot or too cold? my compustar unit when in query gives me pretty high temps as well, but just because of placement of my brain, the temp sensor is real close to the foot heater giving me very nice temps, but when i get into the car its still not that warm.

Mine seems to do the same. Remote might read out 70 degrees and when I get in the truck it is much, much less than that.

I'm wondering if changing the Vehicle Temp Auto Report setting from Off to On will help.  I think the issue is the brain is not updating the temp enough.
