Hello everyone! - [DOORLOCKS] I will be installing a RS with keyless on 08 Accord and I want to know if there's a way around on getting the doorlock wires other than the door itself.
- [TACH OUTPUT] In my previous installs, usually get the tach output right at the cluster gauge with comparing the signal from the tach test port at the engine bay (in between 6 - 6.7 VAC). I'm not sure if I can still do this with the newer models. I only ask because I don't really want to drill a hole at the firewall especially if i can get the hood pin switch wire underdash.
Any input will be much appreciated. Thanks! ------------- Just About Anything Sparks

you can buy a can module that will give you a lot- door lock, trigger, trunk, brake, tach, hoodpin. it will save you from going in the door and extra wiring. use d2d on the module and get a r/s with it.

I will actually going to ask this one. I just came across with iDATALink (ADS-AL CA) and I want to know if those additional feature (doorlocks, disarm, etc) list really works. It should be, I'm just making sure before purchasing this unit. Thanks for the follow up "cmk0808ny"... ------------- Just About Anything Sparks

ADS AL CA should work fine... tach may be iffy depending on what brand of unit you are installing......

@cmk, Thanks for the confirmation. @kgerry, I always use Ultra Starter and for this car, I've picked the U1280XR model. Thanks for the inputs!! ------------- Just About Anything Sparks
