I installed a remote start on a 2003 Concorde yesterday. The previous owner of the vehicle had a remote starter on it with a transponder bypass already programmed so I used it for my install. Everything worked fine until the next morning the car starts and dies with the remote or the original key. The owner only has one key but never had problems starting the vehicle before. My guess is the car's computer is in some sort of "lockout" mode. Is there a way to reset it? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Starts and dies! Transponder lockout will prevent starting!

Those Rolls Royce/Bristol engines can be brutes to start. And so noisy.

What bypass was used? What color is the key which you are using? Is the base of it grey?
