it is a blue wire at the BCM blue connector pin 10 and it is a negative latch

anyway that what my software says

I am interested in this same connection for my 07 STI. Is it only the blue wire that needs to be connected? Do I need to isolate it or anything else? I thought on these cars the relay was the blue connector on the top part of the fuse panel???
