Hi all,

Just finished installing the APS 901 Audiovox starter. Problem is not will not even attempt to remote start at all. I'm sure all the wirings are hooked up correct. I was able to programmed the tach, as the parking light remained lit for 3 seconds as said in manual. I can also program the transmitters as well, as it clicks and flashes. Problem is if I press the transmitter twice to being remote starting it, nothing turns on or cranks or anything .. ??! I am also using the DEI 556U with key inside.

Just works! The OEM hood switch ( 03 murano ) was providing a +5V when hood is closed. I cut this wire and it remote started. I guess it doesn't like the positive voltage when closed.
